1. Stuck in a failed login loop: use the "login" link in the navigation menu for the page you're on (not the blue text link in the middle of a page) or use the "login" link in the navigation menu for this page.
2. Password reset does not send me a password reset:
A. You never registered an account (just making a purchase does not register you for the customer portal - I'm working on that!). You have to create a free account.
B. When you made your original purchase we were using Teachable.com to deliver streaming content. We have since switched to our own account system (accessible by clicking "Login" on our homepage at unitedtaps.com or in the navigation menu on mobile). You can still access your previously purchased content on Teachable (sign in at https://unitedtaps.teachable.com) but all new purchases are accessed via our own new account system. If you want to access your content via our new system email me at rod@unitedtaps.com.
