These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unitedtaps.com, allaccess.unitedtaps.com, account.unitedtaps.com, and all related sites and services operated by United Taps ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our sites or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
United Taps provides digital tap dance instruction content, including but not limited to video lessons, music tracks, practice tools, and related digital materials. Our content is designed for adult learners and tap dance teachers.
What "lifetime" means: The All Access Lifetime Membership grants you access to all current and future digital content in the members area for as long as United Taps continues to operate and offer the membership. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product and business, not a guarantee of perpetual or indefinite access. If United Taps ceases operations, your access may end.
What's included: Your membership includes access to all digital content available in the members area, including content added to the members area after your purchase date.
One membership per person: Your membership is for your personal use only. It may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by other individuals.
Individual digital products purchased outside of the All Access Lifetime Membership are subject to the same terms regarding personal use and content restrictions described in these Terms.
Access to the members area is verified by the email address you used at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. Do not share your access credentials with others.
We reserve the right to revoke access if we determine that an account is being shared with or used by unauthorized individuals, or if access was obtained fraudulently.
All Access Lifetime Membership: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days, contact us at rod@unitedtaps.com and we will process a full refund. Upon refund, your membership access will be revoked.

All content on our sites — including videos, music, images, text, tools, and other materials — is owned by United Taps or used under license. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own private learning or teaching purposes.

Social media exception: You may share short clips (under 30 seconds) of our content on social media for promotional or educational purposes, provided you credit United Taps.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate revocation of your access without refund.
All content, branding, trademarks, and materials on our sites are the property of United Taps or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any content — only a limited license to use it as described above.
Physical activity: Tap dance is a physical activity. You participate at your own risk. Consult a medical professional if you have any health concerns before beginning any exercise program. United Taps is not responsible for any injury that may occur during or as a result of following our instructional content.
"As is" service: Our sites and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our sites will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions.
Teaching results: While our content is designed to help you improve your tap dancing or teaching, we do not guarantee specific results. Individual outcomes depend on many factors including practice, prior experience, and physical ability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, United Taps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites or content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or membership in question.
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases or active memberships.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (currently Stripe and Lemon Squeezy). By making a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any content or features at any time. We may add new content, remove outdated content, update existing materials, or change how the members area is organized. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the value and quality of the membership.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion if you violate these Terms, particularly the content use restrictions in Section 6. In cases of fraud or abuse, termination may be immediate and without refund.
You may voluntarily terminate your membership at any time by contacting us. If within the 30-day refund window, you will receive a full refund. After the refund window, no refund will be issued.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ventura County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our sites after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
